Was sind die technischen Möglichkeiten unserer Fertigung?
Wir können PCBs mit maximal 160x200mm standardmäßig bestücken. Für größere Boards kontaktieren Sie uns gerne.
SMT-Bauteile können ab einer Größe von 0201 (imperial) und bis zu einer maximalen Größe von 40x40mm maschinell bestückt werden.
Muss ich mich um Leiterplatten und Bauteile kümmern?
Nein! Wir kümmern uns um die Bestellung aller Leiterplatten und Bauteile.
Beistellungen von Kundenbauteilen führen zu einem hohen Zusatzaufwand für uns und werden daher mit 5€ pro beigestelltem Bauteiltyp berechnet.

Als Hersteller unserer eigenen Bestückungsanlagen konnten wir die Fertigungsprozesse von Dateneingang über Fertigung bis Endkontrolle stark optimieren. Unsere Maschinen sind auf die hochautomatisierte Prototypenfertigung spezialisiert und diesen Vorteil geben wir an unsere Kunden weiter.
Je besser und umfangreicher die Fertigungsdaten, die wir von Ihnen bekommen, desto automatisierter ist auch unser Fertigungsprozess. Das geben wir in Form von günstigeren Bestückungskosten an Sie weiter. Gerber-Daten und PnP-Daten alleine reichen für unseren automatisieren Fertigungsprozess nicht aus.
Wie lange dauert die Fertigung bei Pick2Place?
Wir bestücken innerhalb von 3 Werktagen, nachdem wir Bauteile und Leiterplatten erhalten haben.
Die gesamte Fertigungszeit liegt üblicherweise zwischen 5 und 10 Werktagen, abhängig davon, ob die Leiterplatten Express bestellt werden.
Welche Daten benötigen wir?
Wir arbeiten üblicherweise mit diesen Daten:
- ODB++
- IPC2581
- GenCad
Zusätzlich benötien wir Ihre Bill of Materials inkl. MPN (Herstellerteilenummern) der Bauteile oder die Teilenummern eines Distributors für alle Bauteile (auch passive Komponenten wie Widerstände).
Wie schnell bekomme ich ein Angebot?
Sie erhalten innerhalb eines Werktages ein verbindliches Angebot, sobald wir Ihre Daten erhalten haben.
Welche Bauteile können bestückt werden?
SMT-Bauteile ab einer Bauform von 0201 (imperial) und bis zu einer Bauform von 40x40mm können auf unseren Maschinen bestückt werden.
Bei THT-Bauteilen gibt es keine Einschränkungen.
Nach welchem IPC-Klasse fertigen wir?
Wir fertigen gemäß IPC-Class 2.

We offer you the best price for your assembled PCBs. Have you received a better offer for your assembled PCB from another provider (including outside Europe)? Then we will manufacture the order for you at this price. Send us a screenshot or a PDF of the offer with the request in the form above.
For providers outside Europe, especially from China, we add 20% import sales tax, €30 (gross) shipping and €15 (gross) handling fee for customs clearance to the offer price you have presented for a fair comparison.
The best price guarantee only applies if the manufacturing data formats ODB++, IPC2581, GenCad, Altium or KiCad are provided and an assembly print including component references is available on the circuit board. The comparison applies to complete assembly, i.e. if all components are actually assembled (for example, a comparison with an offer on which only passive SMT components are assembled is not valid).

We come from Austria in the heart of Europe and are the founding team behind MULTIVATIVE. We have developed the most efficient SMT manufacturing machine currently available on the market for the smallest quantities (from a quantity of 1). Not every company, let alone private individuals, can or wants to make the investment in such a system. Therefore, we are now also making assembly with our systems available as a service.
